Upgrade to ContractMaster SQL

Trimble have recently taken our market leading MEP Estimating software to the next level of database management.

The ContractMaster suite is now driven by Microsoft SQL server which further enhances reliability and security of crucial data to a tool that is key to your business in winning work and managing projects. 

The process to update is very simple and includes a transfer of all your existing data including: Discounts, Kits, Speedmenu and Favourites. 

The update is available as part of an active Support contract and can usually be completed in less than a day.

 

 

Supported Customers

If you currently have an active Support contract and wish to proceed with the migration then please ensure that the below documents have been fully read and understood.

 

UnSupported Customers

If you do not have an existing Support contract and are keen to move to the latest SQL platform then please call our helpful sales team on 01908 608833 to discuss the options that are available to you.

Before you start...

Before you start, you will need a SQL server; either Express or full (check with your IT team if you’re unsure). For up to 5 users SQL Express should be sufficient but for more users you will need at least 8Gb of free memory. Prior to migration we strongly recommend archiving old contracts, clearing down your historic prices and discontinued items (see ‘CM+ SQL Migration Pre-requisites’ document for more information).
